Consumer rights on noodnood.eu — in plain language

When you buy something via noodnood.eu, you make a deal with the seller, not with noodnood.eu. noodnood.eu is only the platform; they are not a party to the sale.

Buying from a private seller?

EU consumer law does not apply. You have less protection than when buying from a professional seller. No standard right of withdrawal, no statutory warranty as with an online shop.

Buying from a professional seller?

Normal EU consumer rights do apply. Think of: clear information, warranty, right of withdrawal, etc.

What do you always have as a buyer?

Regardless of who the seller is, you always have the right to what is promised in the listing: the product, the service or the digital content as described.

Who is the buyer?

Select the buyer. Both parties can then leave a review.
